Can Products Be Picked Up Locally?
Yes, local pickup is available, but only for orders placed through our (this) website, and only for customers in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Interactive Realm is located in Surprise, AZ. Deliveries will not be made unless special arrangements have been made prior to any orders.
Etsy and Amazon, where we also sell, do not support orders with local pickup. If you have purchased through any of those merchant websites and would like local pickup, please contact us for further information. But please know that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
In some occasions, a we may request payment through PayPal or will send you an invoice for you to pay an give a time frame for when the product is completed. Payment would need to be made in full, up front before any work is started, just as it would be done on Etsy or Amazon.
Please see processing times on product pages for completion times. Some orders may be completed sooner or later because of trying to create like items in bulk, and scheduling them in the best availability for our time and for bulk items. We cannot guarantee a shorter processing times at this moment.
