Install: Jingle Cruise “i” Add-on

Your Jingle Cruise "i" should have 2 magnets. One is already glued on the back side of the "i" and the other is loose but may be magnetically held to other one. Router Bases

Most laser cut material, including the acrylic we use for your router bases, come with a layer of masking tape on at least one of it's sides. Some have both sides covered. This is to ensure that the masking gets any burned marks and not the materials.

Burn Marks

I see some burn marks or blackened areas on my product, why is that? This is especially noticeable when the laser needs cleaning or the fans are not working as they should. In these cases, some edges on, like with Acrylic materials, could melt or be distorted.

Warped Sign or Pieces

My sign or product came warped, how can I fix it? Laser engraved signs may have some warping due to the laser burning process. Using 3M Command Strips (which may have been included), should help the sign lay flat against a wall.
